"How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are?"

Hey Keri, sorry if I've missed this elsewhere, but is there any sort of a swap meet area or table for people to put up items they have to trade/sell but are not themselves sellers and so would not have use for a full table?

I seldom go to the mainland, but I'll be coming for this show and might have some equipment to sell/swap with people at the show. Just wondering if there's anything to that effect at the show. If not, I'll probably just try to plan it all out beforehand.

That's a really good idea. Don't know about liability though for faulty used electrical stuff though? Otherwise that is a great idea, we are always looking for cheap, used supplies lol.

No, we don't currently have a table like that but it's a good idea? I do know sometimes people have split a table in the past.

If there are any tables that don't get reserved by the show time, perhaps someone could run a second hand sale table? Anyone attending the show can leave items (no live animals) on the table to be sold. Record their name, item description and price in a notebook and then when they leave the show they collect their items and/or cash from their sales. BCRC should take a fee from every sale, say $1 per sale or something?, to go into the club's funds.

I hate to throw out suggestions that require other people to volunteer (as I'm only in Abby from around noon-4 that day), but just figured I'd put the idea out there.

That is a great idea! We normally barely have the people to even volunteer but we can definitely toy with the idea. It may be a hard feat but we have let people double up on a table as long there is no more than 2? 3? I cant remember... people per table. At least the idea is out there and its a great one! We will know sooner to the show how many tables are left! I just do the forum admin stuff now so not too sure where we are at but great idea thanks! Hopefully we have extra volunteers this year and can do something like this!

I am looking for 7 other individuals to go in on a table with me. I don't have a lot of animals to sell at the moment so 1/8 of a table is all I need. Hurry people and get back to me - time is running out !

The maximum number of vendors per table is two. This rule was added by the last board due to people abusing this in the past. If two people want to share a table, that's fine. If they wish to sell other people's items as well, that's fine. But the BCRC does NOT have the volunteers available to man a flea market table. There is a flea market on the other side of the fairgrounds for this purpose.
